ABOUT ME
TYLER TATZ
coaching is more than my job—it’s my calling. I started in CrossFit when I was 16, but it wasn’t the workouts that hooked me. It was the people. When I began coaching, I quickly realized the barbell and the movements were just tools. What mattered was what happened in people’s lives outside the gym. I fell in love with seeing someone walk in burdened by stress or pain and walk out stronger, more confident, and more alive.
That’s when it clicked: this is what I’m meant to do. Coaching gives me the chance to make people’s days, weeks, months, and even years better. It’s about giving people the tools to move well, feel better, and live healthier—not just for today, but for the long run.
My philosophy is simple: fitness shouldn’t be complicated—it should be a reflex. Health is something you live, not something you chase when it’s slipping away. Aging is inevitable, but how we age is in our control. I coach to help people stop living sick and start building the kind of strength and resiliency that carries over into every area of life. Because when you do hard things in the gym, you become better equipped to handle the hard things life throws at you.
This isn’t about workouts—it’s about transformation. It’s about helping people take control of their health and proving to them they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible. That’s what drives me every single day.
